Specifications on Gastronorm Pan Trolleys
– Trolley is made of 1.2mm thick #304 stainless steel square pipe (30cm x 30cm), hairline finishing for long-lasting appearance;
– Tray supports /angle rails with a tray stopper (5mm high) on both end, are made of 1.5mm thick #304 stainless steel;
– Four stainless steel swivel casters (two with brakes and two without brakes);
– Casters can sustain the temperature in the range of 50⁰C to -20⁰C;
– Four (4) caster mounting plates at bottom of the trolley (made of stainless steel #304, 3mm thick) to reinforce the strength of the trolley while keeping the casters in secured position;
– Trolley is designed to support the loading weight of 200kg. Crossed bars in the back and bottom of the trolley for maximum strength and weight-bearing capacity.
