DSS floor gratings can be made in any sizes as desired / required, using #304 stainless steel, hairline finishing; 5mm thick for the exterior / outside frame; 3mm thick for the interior sections / dividing bars with slip-resistant on one side and plain on the other side; Gratings are 25mm in height with a Minimum Point Load: 150 kg per square meter.

DSS gratings are made by using the state-of-the-art arc-welding (full & continuous welding) for smooth and clean surface/appearance with maximum strengths.

Slot sizes are in rectangular shape, which would allow easy cleaning and hosing down any dirt and unwanted materials.

DSS gratings are exceptionally strong, which can sustain heavy loads and will last much longer. DSS grating can support a minimum point load of 150 kg per square meter.

Modular structure of gratings also makes cleaning much easier and convenient when needed. Furthermore, gratings can be made in any sizes according to the floor sinks/pans/channels sizes.

The grating weight and size has been taken into full consideration in design and making the modular structure of gratings to avoid and to prevent back injury which might occur while lifting up or laying down heavy gratings.
